Taken from the Latin word for Development Progressio is a young and fast growing development company that specialises in residential development. Paul Dawson the founding Director has 25 years’ experience in the residential, land and development business and has worked his way up from an estate agent to Land and Development Director working for well-known agents, the UK largest house builder and for the past seven years a regional developer helping them to grow the company into leading and award winning house builder. He now has brought his skills, knowledge and contacts into Progressio Land and Developments. Progressio aims to bring land owners and developers together to create development opportunities that create value for both parties.
