DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
We are very aware that to some private individuals and investors the complicated process of sourcing land and obtain planning and getting a respectful return can sometimes be confusing and complicated and budgets can spiral out of control. We look to manage everything from land identification, feasibility, legal negotiations and purchase whether it be subject to getting planning or an unconditional purchase. We can suggest consultants, instruct a project team and manage the process though pre-planning, surveys, design, application submission and finally into build delivery and sales.
DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY
Progressio are retained by a number of leading Developers to source land and advise on developments or help structure a deal. In addition to working with developers we also act for land owners to find them the best deal or to obtain planning themselves. We are proud to work with a leading number of consultants and architects all of which have their own proven track record in delivering residential development. We would be happy to recommend and help build you the right team to deliver your development. This includes setting out a budget and targets to keep the project on track. LAND & PROPERTY ACQUISTITION
We are always being asked for derelict or run-down properties that are in need refurbishment or re-development of the land to provide something new. We have the skills and the knowledge to be able to optimize any site and create value, this includes commercial premises, freehold retail units and any brownfield sites. We are always keen to seek partners to help us with regeneration developments whether they are landowners, trusts or companies.
